The 15th annual Lost Dutchman running events will take place on Sunday, Feb. 14 — Valentine’s Day — in Apache Junction and Gold Canyon.

Finishers in all of these events will receive a medal, a multi-color-design, long-sleeved T-shirt and a post-race buffet.

The Lost Dutchman Marathon and its associated races are a favorite of serious marathoners and casual runners alike. This event is held annually over Presidents Day weekend near the rumored site of the legendary Lost Dutchman Mine.

The  Lost Dutchman Marathon, Inc., is a public charity run by an all-volunteer board of directors and officers with proceeds directed to local youth organizations focused on the economically disadvantaged. Since 2002, it has donated more than $447,000 to local youth organizations.
