On Nov. 10, the Apache Junction Police Department executed a search warrant in the 1200 block of West Apache Trail in Apache Junction.

The warrant was in support of ongoing investigations into illicit drug use and distribution. This warrant was executed by the AJPD SWAT and supported by AJPD Criminal Investigation Division.

The warrant resulted in the arrest of four individuals from Apache Junction: Robert Olivier, 45; Nathan Womack, 37; Ray Graeber, 43; and Carly Maughmer, 26, according to a press release.

The arrest also led to the discovery of a quantity of methamphetamine, miscellaneous drug paraphernalia and two firearms, according to the police.

In addition to weapons charges, the suspects will face the following criminal charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police say.

All four suspects were transported to the Pinal County Detention Center.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Police remind the public that persons are presumed innocent until the court finds them otherwise.
