Update: Tyson Hennessy, 36,  was found deceased in Mesa in the area of Val Vista and Main Street.  The Mesa Police Department will be investigating his death, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.

Tyson Hennessy, 36, who has a mental illness, left his home Friday walking south on Delaware in an unincorporated area near Apache Junction and never returned, his father reported to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, according to a press release.

“It has now been almost 24 hours and he is very concerned because his son is mentally disabled and needs his medications.  Dan Hennessy is concerned because without the medications, his son hears voices in his head and he will not drink water to stay hydrated,” Tim Gaffney, PCSO director of administration, said in the release.

Tyson was last seen wearing a white and red jersey with the number “7” on it, blue jeans and he was wearing tennis shoes.  He is 5’11” tall and weighs 185 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.  He also was wearing his prescription glasses, according to PCSO.

Anyone with information on Tyson Hennessy’s whereabouts should call PCSO at 520-866-5111.
