Ashley Pezzotti, Larry Fuller Trio highlight May’s concerts at The Nash

May brings fresh voices in jazz as vocalist Ashley Pezzotti makes her debut at The Nash. At just 23 years old, the singer has already appeared with such greats as Arturo Sandoval and Keith Urban, and comes for a matinee performance on May 19.

Other highlights in May include pianist Larry Fuller who joins Lewis Nash on drums and Hassan Shakur on bass for a swinging concert on May 10.
The Nash is at 110 E. Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix. The full schedule is at TheNash.org.

The Larry Fuller Trio performs at 7:30 p.m. May 10. Tickets are $49 for VIP, $39 preferred, $29 general and $20 for students 25 and under with ID. Based in New York City, Mr. Fuller is an internationally acclaimed jazz pianist, band leader and clinician, according to a release.

Ms. Pezzotti performs at 3 p.m. May 19. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students with ID. Her debut album is “We’ve Only Just Begun.” Her compositions are unique stories that draw from her own personal experiences and those of people dear to her, according to the release.
