Soroptimist of Apache Junction installs new board of directors

During the July 28 Soroptimist International of Apache Junction business meeting, a new board was installed for the 2016-17 year. Dana Osborne will serve as president, Jeannette Secor will serve as president-elect and treasurer, Constance Halonen-Wilson will serve as secretary and Laura Dean-Lytle and Grace Guilfoyle will serve as directors.

“I am looking forward to an exciting and productive year,” President Dana Osborne said. “Soroptimist is an important organization that does meaningful work. I appreciate all the leadership that Laura Dean-Lyle has provided as the previous president and know that we will continue to build upon the important work that this organization has completed over the years.”

Soroptimist International is comprised of business and professional women striving to improve the lives of women and girls. SIAJ participates in local events and programs that help support the community; SIAJ recently donated over $7,000 to local women and nonprofit organizations.
