Dave Webb, lead singer of The Southwest Surfers Beach Boys Tribute band, is the host of the new Sky 7 Morning Show, an Apache Junction digital radio station, according to a press release.

Mr. Webb plays songs within the regular oldies and variety format and brings his fun and wacky style to mornings in the Superstition Mountains area, according to the release.

“We are thrilled beyond belief to have Dave’s energy, wit and charm as part of the station. He is a Valley-area personality and we welcome all that he offers to the people who love and adore him,” Mike Lamb, Sky 7’s general manager, said in the release.

Mr. Webb is on the air 6-10 a.m. Monday-Saturday. SKY 7 can only be heard on the Internet.

The Apache Junction Independent is mailed each month to 35,000 homes.
