AZ Lecture Series season tickets on sale

Season tickets for the popular Arizona Lecture Series are now available to purchase by credit card online (click on the Community tab). The program takes place in the Performing Arts Center at Apache Junction High School, 2525 S. Ironwood Drive.

On Monday, Nov. 30, patrons will also be able to purchase tickets in the Apache Junction Unified School District Office, 1575 W. Southern Ave . Individual show tickets are made available two weeks prior to each show.

Season tickets cost $50. Tickets for individual programs cost $5.

This season’s line-up includes repeats of favorite presentations as well as new events:

Jan. 4: Diving into History – Joel Silverstein

Jan. 11:  Trimble’s Tales – Marshall Trimble

Jan. 18: Roy Rogers: The Western Hero Who Never Let Us Down – Bill Harrison

Jan. 25: Pleasant Valley Wars – Jinx Pyle

Feb. 1: The Woman Who Shot Cowboys: Louise Serpa – Jan Cleere

Feb. 8: Desert Dwellers – Phil Rakoci

Feb. 15: Treasure Hunting – Jesse Feldman

Feb. 22: The Civil War in Arizona – Kathy Farretta

Feb. 29: Riders on the Orphan Train – Alison Moore

Mar. 7: Charles D. Poston: Father of Arizona – Gil Storms

Mar. 14: Pancho Villa – Jim Turner

Mar. 21: The Gentleman: Doc Holliday – Wyatt Earp

The lectures begin at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
