Family of Faith Bible Church on Nov. 1 celebrated joining the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The church began 3.5 years ago when 18 friends made the decision to bond together as a church. They have grown to about 100 in attendance since then and have recently moved to 555 W. Apache Trail in the Superstition Plaza.

The church’s mission is to glorify God, bring people to Christ, build them up in Christ and send them out for Christ, according to a press release. A children’s church is available for ages 4-10. While there is no nursery available, parents can make use of a special room where both parent and baby will be comfortable and still see and listen to the church service.

Other ministries include grief share, Trail Life for Boys, women’s ministries and adult Bible studies.

For more information on the church, call 480-529-4201.

For information on the chamber of commerce, 567 W. Apache Trail, call 480-982-3141 or visit its website.

The Apache Junction Independent is mailed each month to 35,000 homes.
