We and the U. S. Justice Department are asking all disabled or sick Apache Junction citizens: have you received a complaint from either code enforcement or the city from November 2014 to July 2015? It could be regarding your yard, fence or vehicle, your roof or your house and also your sewer if you have a business or private property.
Do you feel they fabricate false violations, made you spend money and had you do things to your yard even though it has been “grandfathered in”? Have you seen them looking into your property or your neighbor’s property? Have you asked for the law pertaining to the violations?
Also your sewer and water waste – if you’re a business or on private property – why are they charging some of them $1,500 a month and some $50 a month? Is it our color, religion or something wrong?
We, the concerned citizens, have never received any laws. The city refused to make modifications – just retaliation by code enforcement and the police. They have violated our state laws and our federal rights.
We are concerned citizens. We have lived in AJ for 30 years along with several other citizens and have asked the First Lady Michelle Obama if she could look into our problem. She has helped Arizona and AJ before over transplant funds in 2011.
Several concerned citizens have filed a complaint with the American Disability Act complaint department and the U. S. Justice Department against Apache Junction city and code enforcement officials regarding Title II violations including intimidating, threatening, retaliation, refusing to make modifications, violations of privacy act, violations of grandfathered laws of Arizona and Apache Junction, your sewer and water waste laws, fabricating false violations, destroying documents to property, fabricating false laws, refusing to communicate, failing to show laws and also denied public records.
It seems to all of us that they are attacking the elderly and disabled citizens because we are on a fixed income and can’t fight them back.
If this has happened to you, contact us at Nativa53@msn.com or call Janet or James at 602-750-7939 or text us so we can talk and help each other and stop the violations of all concerned citizen rights in Apache Junction.
