Peralta Trails has new water-conservation design for pool area

The Peralta Trails Community Association board of directors and its community management team have completed water-conservation design plans for a pool-area conversion, according to a press release.
“The complete pool-area turf conversion has created a relaxing, desert oasis surrounding the Peralta Trails community pool, while providing an immense cost savings to the community and water savings for the environment,” Billy Rudolph of Associa Arizona, the community management team, wrote in the release.
“We deeply enjoy(ed) working in partnership with community leaders who understand the impact their decisions can have on the bottom line as well as the sustainability of the community and natural resources with which they consume,” Associa Arizona Senior Community Manager Rachel Dugall said in the release. “Our team takes pride in helping our community governing boards think strategically for both the short- and long-term.”
“The Peralta Trails community, recreational facilities committee and our board of directors are very excited to see this multi-year vision come to life,” Robert Abelson of the Peralta Trails Community Association said in the release.
The master-planned Peralta Trails community, at U.S. Highway 60 and East Peralta Road, is along the southern perimeter of the Tonto National Forest in Gold Canyon. The community has more than 800 homes with more than 1,700 residents.
